Research studies provide strong evidence that companies with high levels of mental health awareness are more successful. According to research by University of Warwick, addressing wellbeing at work increases productivity by up to 12%.*

The Mind For Business training course has been designed to raise awareness of mental health and how important it is.

The course is delivered across 2 x 2.5 hour live instructor-led sessions, through a blend of PowerPoint, video, whole group discussion and small group activities

During the 2 x 2.5hour sessions we will explore

What is mental health?
Mental Health and stigma
Warning signs of mental health
How to support someone exhibiting signs of mental ill health
Depression and Anxiety
Stress, coping mechanisms and self care
What is resilience?
Why is resilience important and how can you increase your levels?
Building your support network
